Covid-19 Protocols

At Prosign, we are committed to keeping our clients and staff healthy and safe. Here are some of the steps we have taken in support of that goal:

  • Increasing cleaning schedule, with emphasis on washrooms, door handles counters and other major touch points;

  • Disinfecting keyboards, computer mouses, point of sale machines, etc. between users;

  • Restricting clients and visitors to the reception area;

  • Limiting number of people in the reception area to 3;

  • Providing a remote computer screen for clients to view layouts and estimates while maintaining social distancing;

  • Establishing "one-way" passageways in shop areas to promote distancing among staff;

  • Requiring staff to stay home if feeling ill and, in limited cases, providing work from home options in the event of minor illnesses;

  • Providing "no-contact - no visit" options for our clients, through on-line interaction.
