Sign structure was obviously in need of repair, and the owner wanted it to present an appearance that that was not only fresh, but connected with the building's architecture.

Finished product provides more message space without changing the overall size of the sign. Roof line and colours match the building, and the rock facade on the base hides the supports and provides protection from landscape work.

Faded paint, overgrown landscaping, lighting issues and need for more tenant panels drove this renovation.

By re-sizing panels and moving the centre name from the illuminated portion to the new stone base, we were able to increase tenant panels from 8 to 10 on each of two signs.
